Attention: Parents of Band and Chorus Students

Helpis needed for the Annual Music Booster Garage Sale at the Lion’s Club on Saturday, January 15, 2011. Last year almost $500 was made to benefit chorus and band students. However, we will have to

cancel the fundraiser if we do not have enough volunteers this year.

We need at least two adults to help with receiving donations and organizing the sale on Friday, January 14, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Then we need at least four adults per shift to help with the garage sale on Saturday, January 15. We will divide Saturday into two shifts: 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

**We would love to have some student helpers too!! Please return the form below BY NOVEMBER 24 to the band or chorus director if you are able to help.

Here is our schedule for the rest of 2010:

November 23 Home game 5:00 room opens 5:30 we start playing
December 4 Festival of Trees 2:00-3:00pm
December 7 Home game 6:30 room opens 7:00 we start playing
December 11-12 Madrigals (11th we play at 6:30, 12th we play at 2:30)
December 15 Concert 6:30 Room opens 7:00pm Concert starts
December 17 Home game 6:30 room opens 7:00 we start playing

Festival of Trees is for Jazz Band members.
Madrigals Brass and Woodwinds performances are for selected students
